The ‘Everyone Down in Lessinia’ event promoted by the Veronese Speleological Commission APS is a unique opportunity to learn about and promote the karst heritage and the importance of connected sites in the Venetian and Veronese territory in particular.
The conference will take place in Velo Veronese on June 2-3-4, 2023 and includes a wide range of activities, including conferences, films, photographic exhibitions, excursions and cave trips, speleological markets, stands, and meeting spaces.
The strictly scientific and technical presentations specific to speleology will be presented in the Sala dei Centomila, while those suitable for a wider audience will be presented at the Teatro Orlandi.
The event is open to everyone, regardless of their expertise in speleology.
In addition, the event presents itself as a great regional Venetian speleological gathering, with the participation of more than 40 associations.
The objective is to promote and enhance Venetian speleology, by displaying research, scientific work, photographic exhibitions, videos, films, documentaries, and projects related to the theme.
In addition to specific speleological activities, the event also includes theatrical and cultural performances, concerts, and moments of conviviality and celebration, making ‘Everyone Down in Lessinia’ not only an opportunity to deepen knowledge of speleology but also an experience of aggregation and fun.
