Alpine Karst
Alpine Karst has been dedicated to the study of the alpine karst areas of the world since 1975 featuring not only reports of expeditions but also geology, biology, and hydrology papers, gear reviews, scouting trips, and discussions of alpine caving equipment. Volume 4 is 127 pages and softbound with a map insert of the North American Continental Divide syncline geology by Hans Bodenhammer. It also includes a memorial for Jim Chester, one of the original editors of Alpine Karst and a very dedicated Montana caver. Below are the highlights from this issue.
